1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing and using UFO Power's services, products, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Important: These terms apply to all customers, distributors, and partners accessing UFO Power's industrial lithium battery solutions.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
UFO Power provides high-rate lithium-ion battery research, development, production, and sales services with 15 years of OEM/ODM production experience. Our services include:

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or requesting services.
You are responsible for ensuring proper handling, storage, and use of lithium battery products according to provided specifications.
You must comply with all applicable local and international regulations regarding lithium battery transportation and usage.
You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to replicate our proprietary battery technologies.
4. QUALITY ASSURANCE & WARRANTIES
UFO Power maintains comprehensive quality management systems and product certifications. All products undergo full functional testing before shipment, including lifespan, drop, and temperature rise testing.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
UFO Power owns 150+ authorized patents, including 130 core patents and 20 invention patents. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies, remain the exclusive property of UFO Power.
Patent Protection: Our 400+ engineering team with 50% having 10+ years experience continuously develops innovative solutions protected by comprehensive IP rights.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While UFO Power maintains the highest quality standards through our 6 lines of 100% automated production equipment and comprehensive testing protocols, our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products within the warranty period.
UFO Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Chinese commercial arbitration rules.
